When we started people liked using us to bring to life what they already knew (but to make it a bit more exciting for their audiences). Then clients started seeing things they didn’t know in those films. Now over 80% of our work is at the beginning of projects, discovering insights, clues, things to do and investigate. Alongside that change we’ve built a qual team who produce the most exciting debriefs you’ve seen (promise) stacked full of video clips of your consumer.

We do work in 42, but to be honest, most of our work outside the UK, US and Australia is in China, Brazil, Indonesia, Russia, Mexico, Germany & France. All footage is translated back into English, and all films have full English subtitles.

Being so ace at creating films we created a problem – how do you find anything you’ve made? So we invested (a lot) in building the best, most exciting video platform you’ve seen – a platform that means you can search the video, edit it and share, with such incredible ease. Not only that you can also establish sentiment, and search emotion (I know, it’s clever stuff). Oh, and you can also upload other video content to our site and do all of the above with that content too.

Ad-hoc projects are where we’re most used, but people kept asking us the same questions so we launched a series of syndicated offerings including a Discovery series (mega trends and demographic studies), Watch Britain Think (bringing the British consumer to life), and a Packaging offering showing how people use packaging around the world.
